• Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak periods, such as sales events and new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
• All orders are shipped from our headquarters in New Jersey and include insured shipping for added security.
• Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

Returns

• We offer a 7-day full refund on unworn jewelry in its original packaging.
• Returns made within 8-30 days are eligible for a refund with a 15% restocking fee.
• Custom-made, engraved, or resized jewelry is not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item.
